How can I access SCRIPT?
You will need to go to the page of the healthcare professional programme you are looking to access and click on the “Sign up” button. If your organisation/institution already uses SCRIPT, you will be able to register for SCRIPT straightaway. If SCRIPT is not yet provided by your organisation/institution, you can still purchase an individual licence to access SCRIPT.
How long do the modules take to complete?
Each module takes an average of 30-60 minutes to complete.
Is the content up-to-date?
All SCRIPT modules are reviewed and updated by the authors every two years. In addition, the SCRIPT editorial team update content on a daily basis as and when there are changes to national prescribing and clinical guidelines.
Who do I contact if I spot an error on the site?
Email us at info@safeprescriber.org or complete the enquiry form on the Contact page of this website. The editorial team will review your query and respond accordingly.
How do I know which modules are mandated?
Modules mandated by your organisation/region are highlighted with a white flag on your learner view. Your organisation/institution will also be able to give you more information on mandated modules.
What are the requirements for module completion in my region?
Depending on the programme being accessed, modules may be mandated on a regional level, by the organisation, or both. For the Foundation doctors, dentists and paediatric specialist trainees, there is a user guide available that outlines the module requirements. We suggest you contact the lead Clinical Tutors for your region if you have not received this. For the Nursing variant, it will be your organisation that mandate specific modules, in which case we suggest you contact your local Education and Training Lead. For all other queries, contact info@safeprescriber.org.
Is there a pass mark for the post-test?
This will depend on whether a pass mark has been assigned by your region or organisation. Please contact your clinical supervisors or Education and Training Leads for more information.
How do I get the module certificate?
A certificate is generated upon completion of all elements of the module. This includes the pre- and post-test. This certificate will always be available on your profile to download.
